If your print file is anything but *SCS it won't work.  So DBCS or *IPDS
or *AFP won't work.  If you don't want to create PDFs and just want to
print them out on a printer you can put the host transform stuff back in
print directly to the printer.  That uses scs2ascii instead of scs2pdf.
