CVS permissions problem fixed.

Hehe..  permissions problem in the CVS server is now fixed ;)

I moved the linux-specific stuff to the linux/ directory.  Unfortunately,
when I import add a module to CVS, the default permissions won't allow
anonymous access to those directories.
