I found the book by Kent Beck - which is well written and quite

Unfortunately many of the pages with code samples have not been
included. The complete version is available on Safari.
(The problem for me with the authors on agile subjects is that they have
a lot of clever thinking hidden behind some rather simple things, but
they only communicate the simple things so you end up with "Why _THAT_?
That's silly!" because there is something I cannot immediately see
myself. It took quite a while before I understood that that was the reason)
