Not sure if this will help. It's a webfaced version of a helpdesk system that runs on RPG. Here's the link - http://198.77.232.63:12010/AppDemo/webfacing/WebFacing.do

Subject: J2EE Help Desk Package

I'm looking for some vendors who have a Help Desk software package that
will run in a J2EE type of environment. We run WAS and WPS and I want
something that incorporates into that world and will interface with
DB2......the system would need to be able to run on the iSeries so I won't
look at something that is got certain hooks that requires a different OS or
hardware platform.

Recommendations on vendors or places to look would be appreciated.
