I believe that all you need to do is download the
setup.exe from:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=86212d54-8488-481d-b46b-af29bb18e1e5&DisplayLang=en

When you run the setup.exe it places documentation and
the jar files on you PC. Then of course, move & use
the .jar files on the platform of your choice that has
a JVM installed.
