library list for a CommandCall

Not being an iSeries programmer, I'm a bit confused about the relation
between library path and things like path and so forth on Unix...

If I create an AS/400 object, and then issue a CommandCall to do an
ADDLIBLE, then create another CommandCall off the same AS/400 object
that does SBMJOB CMD(CALL PGM(..., does the environment that the SBMJOB
runs in have that library added in its list?
