I checked installed programs. It has:

I found that service program QP0ZTRML was not in QSYS library after the
system came back this morning. Our AS/400 system administrator could not
figure out why this QP0ZTRML got lost. What he did then was transferred
the
same QP0ZTRML from our other AS/400 machine to this one. And then QSH and
RUNJVA work! I don't know if that was right way to do this. Also we are
worried about there may be other things got lost, but we do not hit that
piece yet.

I'd probably uninstall and reinstall that product to address the
other things that might have been deleted also by the spatial anomoly
that hit... 8-)
Similarly, PTF levels could be different on each machine.

The QSHELL product should be able to be removed/installed without
really effecting the system too much (shouldn't be any need to
IPL or end all subsystems or anything).
Java/Qshell users would need to end their applications,
and this might mean taking down websphere...

By doing it right now, it could save you problem determination
in the future.
Its up to you, I'm just glad you got it working.
Good Luck.
