RE: Rich Text Format

Thanks Shawn. 
Editing of the report is not necessary. I think printing with overflow
comming at the correct position and correct fonts.
I tried Excel and I am one report page printed on two excel pages.
Microsoft Word will print, but the user is required to change the font
size, margins and orientation. 
Is there any way to preset these information and what tool would read
the preset info?

What are your clients using to view your reports (ie - Word, Excel, or
text
editor)?  For .txt files, Excel does a decent job of importing and
printing
in landscape, without you having to do any additional work.  Joe Pluta's
Splf2Pdf package will allow you to convert them to PDF format, but
editing
of course will not be possible.  To break correctly, the easiest way is
to
CPYSPLF CTLCHAR(*PRTCTL), and examine the print control information.
