As part of our effort to track down those clients who are rarely fired up
and may have an obsolete version of Notes we use an "event handler".

Events must have this text in the event message

This will catch all releases of 7. Repeat for other releases, like 5. If
you want to get granular on less than 8.5.2 you have to get creative.
Side effect: Anyone we exchange email with also automatically gets
flagged. For example.
