Auto accepting meeting invitations and clustering

I have several mail calendars set to auto-accept meeting invitations from
a management group. For the longest time they have worked but now have
stopped since I've clustered the all the mail files for failover.  Has
this happened to anyone else or am I looking in the wrong direction.  TIA
