I don't think such a list is available.  Be sure you are on the latest
service pack for V5R1 and you'll be in good shape.

As Edmund said, WDSC 4.0 is basically the "web" release.  The native editor,
LPEX has very little support for RPG, etc.  So the lab includes Code in with
WDSC 4.0.  There have been some Code fixes in 4.0, but I don't think there
are that many.  There are more Code fixes due in V5.0.  I wonder how long
IBM will continue to update and support the classic tools, as LPEX and RSE
become more mature?

The bottom line is that if you are a Code-only user, V4.0 has little to
offer, but V5.0 might!
