I had a similar problem which had me pulling my hair out for a couple of
hours before I finally figured it out. Check all of the /copy members in
your source file to see if they contain nested /copy statements. If so, it's
likely that one of the nested source members does not exist in the file
where the verifier is expecting to find it.
