I don't use Designer much so I'm not going to be much help....

I added the following code to my profsys.lxu to position the window:

/* Set initial window size and postion - this is found by moving the window
where you want it, then doing a 'query windowpos' and changing the following
lines to the result shown in the message line */

'set windowpos 0 100 895 630';

You have to adjust for different screen resolutions.
