I saw something like this when I upgraded my Client Access (now known as
iSeries Access) to a service pack greater than SI04684.  My only solution
so far has been to stay at this current service pack level.  If you've
installed a service pack recently, you can hopefully uninstall it to see if
that helps.

I think we have submitted this issue to IBM, but have not heard a response
back yet.
