From the help for STRCODE;

Specifies the user ID to use to establish communications when the
workstation has enabled conversation security through the Communication
Properties window.

Both this field and the Password field are required if conversation
security has been set up in The Communication Properties window.  The
possible values are:

I believe this means the USERID and PASSWORD for the PC.  At least that is
what I would try next.
