On the subject of Autosave - If the IBMers are listening ......

Could we please have at least the _option_ to keep the file name of the
autosave file the same ?  Maybe with a numeric extension if it has to.  The
system only recognizes the existence of an autosave file once in a blue moon
in my experience (it is about the _one_ thing that I prefer about SEU).
This always seems to be the case when building a new file on the PC.

I could have sworn that for a brief period I had a version that retained the
original name but that is certainly not true of my current version.

Autosave is a wonderful feature made close to useless by the fact that it is
so darn difficult to locate the save file.

PS. My current technique is to point at the TMP directory and use the
Windows search feature to look for a string I know/hope will be there.  I
then look for the latest time-stamp.
