Greetings!

I found the problem. My program uses a copy source member
to give me the working storage for my program (common code
for all programs). I was using a "Copy DDS-FormatName-I in
DisplayFileName" in the copy source member to get the
fields and Indicator sets (to know if F3, F12 etc had been
pressed). This format had output only fields, and no input
back to the program except for the function key settings.
If I put the source statements directly in the program
(not using the copy source member) code editor had no
problem with it. When I removed the source statements and
put back the copy statement pointing to the copy source
member, the event file could not be processed by the
editor. When I commented out the one copy dds statement
where the format had no input fields (error message LNC0600
Sev: 10 "No INPUT fields found for format FORMATNAME") the
editor had no problem with the event file.

Thus the event file, or Code Editor has a problem with a
DDS copy warning statement in a copy source member.

Took me all day to find!!

Can we get this fixed in a future release??

Thanks!

Jim
