This is probably going to sound like a dumb question....anyway, here
goes....

Regarding a problem that I'm seeing in the native debugger and the
distributed debugger, I found an IMB APAR with corresponding PTF's that may
be related.

How can I tell if this PTF is installed on my system or even applicable due
to version number, etc.

I'm V5R1.

The APAR I found is MA09136.

What seem to me to be important pieces of data from it are below:

It lists 2 PTFs
    R230 MF07337    1000
    R305 MF07370    1000
