As I've said before - I don't start the debugger from the editor.  I start
it separately.  However if there is a way to achieve these goals without
being a contortionist then I'll revisit that path.  Maybe I'll try the
search later.

Even if Chris doesn't need Xuan's notes - I'd love to see them.
I've been on here for quite a long time and generally ignore those
posts for which I haven't a pressing need.  Such is the case of
debug.

Just last week, I too tried what Chris is trying and was unsuccessful.
Ended up running STRISDB from the emulation screen.



Chris, as a side note, I noticed that I had to issue a STRDBGSVR
command from the 400.  At least, I got a message that the debug
server wasn't running.  Still didn't help me.
