STRDBGSVR

Does STRDBGSVR use a port?  I'm connecting through a firewall and when I
start the debugger, I get message "Connection to host refused. Most likely
STRDBGSVR was not issued on the AS/400".  I started STRDBGSVR and tried
again but still get this error.

OS/400 is V4R5 and WDTS is V4R5M1 SP2, and the pc is W2K.
