'once upon a time', I tried to uninstall WDT. Didn't work starting from
WDT-setup, nor the WIN2000-setup (as mentioned in the readme files).
Finally I tried WDCLEAN.BAT, disaster!!!
Sometimes the uninstall worked but when I reïnstalled WDT again it just
wasn't possible! (missing modules, crashing installation etc)

Finally, this is what I did to re-install WDT on a Win2000 Dutch version :

1) Uninstall via WDT-setup (not Win2000 setup)
2) Run WDCLEAN.BAT
3) Reboot
4) Uninstall eventually WDT-'rest-apps' using WIN2000-setup
5) Delete JVM using WIN2000-setup
6) Reboot
7) Remove all 'rest'-folders
8) Delete all 'WDT' related items from Registry
9) Reboot
10) Install WDT again after checking System Locale = English VS !!!

a lot of work... but for me the only 'workable' sollution. I'm scared when
I think about upgrading to V5R1...
Hope IBM works on its install/uninstall modules in future to make things
easier...

Has anyone had problems installing WDT V5R1 on top of an existing V4R5
installation?

I've already attempted to uninstall V4R5 from one workstation, but it
doesn't appear that it can be done "cleanly", so I'm inclined to just try a
straight upgrade on the next machine.
