I turned extras on and now I have headers again.  Don't know why.  The url you pointed me to says:

In V4R5M1 and later releases, you can define a header and/or a footer for printing by adding the following statements to your profile.lx file:

'SET GLOBAL.PRINTHEADER text'
'SET GLOBAL.PRINTFOOTER text'

But I only have c:\wdt400\macros\profile.lx and this isn't in there.  I'm not sure why extras bring back the headers.  Turning extras of doesn't seem to make the headings go away.

I did find this in C:\wdt\400\extras\profsys.lxu, so maybe that explains it:

'SET GLOBAL.PRINTHEADER %F - %P'         /* Print document name and page number on printouts */

I guess if I reload the editor with extras off then I'll lose the headers again.

Sam
