I'm still on the 3.2.3 version so I don't have any insight on the
re-install, but I have migrated from every version without a hassle.  I've
never had to remove and re-install.

Try removing all the system names and then firing up the CODEINIT program
and see if that rebuilds your server list.  For what it's worth, the DOS
program CODESRV can tell you what servers are active, CODESRV SERVER
although I can't get it to shut down CODESRV SHUTDOWN servername.

There was something posted to the Code newsgroup about troubles during an
install; there's a "magic command" you run to unload all the Code components
from memory before the upgrade.  Check deja.com and see if you can find it.
If not, I'll poke around tomorrow.
