You could try putting the program in the program list but with a 0 indicating not authorized.

Hello All,
?
I'm trying to remove authorization from two users for 1 particular object. The object is SFC0620D, which is a customized?program that we created years ago. The object is set up correctly in the BPCS Security Object Master(Library type = O, ship object?= O, Product Owning Object = SFC, Menu Object = 1). And in the user profile secuirty settings, the?BPCS product code SFC is set to 0 (not authorized). And the program is not on the object program list. But the option is still showing as available on the menu and allows the user to access it which we are trying to prevent. I've deleted it from the BPCS object master and re added but no luck. I haven't tried recompiling the object yet, that will be my last resort.
?
Does any one have any ideas what I may be missing?

Do you have any other objects named SFC062** that they are authorized to?

BPCS only uses the first 6 characters of the object name when checking authority, so if they have access to SFC0621D (for example) then they will have access to SFC0620D also.
