Check the inventory and determine if there are any quantities of this
phantom in stock. BPCS will use any stock before calculating the balance. So
if you need 30Kg units and the requirement calls for only 10Kg there should
be 20Kg showing in stock. Hopefully you will find this to be the case and
have no issue.

We use 6002 Plf Cum Mar98 Full C/S. AS400
 
After Running MRP500 & MRP600. The component in the phantom item not
calculate the requirement as per required in Phamtom.
 
i.e. : BOM. 1 unit Phantom need 10 kg of component item A.  If 3 unit in
Phantom need 30Kg of Item A. But the Planning and Pegging only show required
10kg (bom size).
 
What is the wrong ?
