As400 MixMode BPCS version 6.1

We are randomly seeing the following problem happen during our Pick/Ship
process.
Here's the facts:

Typically this will happen on orders with at least 15-20 detail lines or
more.
We think this is happening in the Pick Confirm process ( ORD570)
When this happens it usually happens on the last 3-4 lines on the order.
At this time, it doesn't appear to happen in the middle of an order.
Somewhere toward the bottom of an order, a line item will process and from
there on, the rest of the order lines will retain the ship quantity for
that line item.
The ECL ship quantity value is OK for the errored lines items but.
The LLL and BBL ship quantities for the last several lines on the order
will be duplicated and match the ship qty of the line item that evidently
triggers some problem. This is not happening on all orders but we are
having several orders a week with this condition.

We have not applied the April Cum 6.1.01 at this time or loaded any BMRs
for ORD570 since the installation of the product.

Thanks
