We are running version 4.04.

The problem occurring is if a promotion is applied against an order, and
then a new promotion is created that would take precedence over the original
promo, then the user can no longer see the original promo thru order entry.
When a '19' is done to the order just the valid promo will show, and show
that is has not been applied to the order, so the user will do an '11' to
create normal and apply it. Mean while behind the scenes, the order now has
2 promo's on it, the original one that was not removed and the new one. So
if a user does not remember to delete the promo off all orders before
creating the new one, he no longer has the ability to see or do maintenance
to it. I have called SSA and they do have a BMR, but it has not yet been
created! Does any one have a solution to this, or I am possible looking to
run a query to print the promo that is now valid for the order compared to
what is currently on the order. Does any one have a way to pick up what the
current promo for that order would be, is it possible to do this with a query?

Thanks, Angie.
