We are currently in the proto-type phase of a product call RTDCS. It is a
product created by JGI and will work with any BPCS version. It has the
capability of handling any BPCS transaction, and even your own defined
transactions. You can custom each transaction by selecting what you would
like to be scanned it (ie. lot number, item number, warehouse). The
currently work with a hardware company called Data Net I believe, how ever
we chose Intermec as our hardware as they were alot more durable for our
harsh work environment. So far we are proto-typing the inventory transfer,
and should be going live after the 1st. Next we are going to inplement the
shipping transaction, of loading trucks. If this sounds like what you are
looking for I can give you a contact to call.
