SJ10030 was supposed to fix numerous security holes.
What is your definition of "down"? HTTP won't start? Won't stay running?
Cannot access using outdated browsers? Cert is not compliant with newer
fix? What?
To apply the PTF required restarting a few things. To back it out probably
requires you to do the same. Read the cover letter.
