I've noticed in the past few weeks my apache server simply stops accepting
requests. My website monitor luckily reports this to me.

I look at the jobs and there are quite a few running (maybe close to 100).
I have it set up with:
-uiMin 10 -uiMax 200

I noticed it first when I was getting a DoS attack. Shutting it down and
restarting it things work just fine as long as the attack gives up. It's
never done this before which is very odd.

I am on V7R4, latest TR, PTFs, etc.

Anyone see anything similar?
