Hi All,
I am using IBMi integrated web service server (IWS) to receive XML over
SOAP into my RPG service program.

The Date/time value in the XML tag changes as part of the unpack process in
IWS. When the date/time in the XML is between *2021-03-14T00:00:01* through
*2021-03-14T02:59:59, *IWS is substracing 1 hour from it before passing it
down to my service program. Any date/time outside of this window is
received as is without any changes from the payload time.

Operating System - V7R3M0 TR8
IWS Version - 2.6
Timezone - EST

I really appreciate any insight on this issue.

Snippet of my XML below indicating the date/time.
<MessageId>25935815</MessageId>

<MessageTimestamp>2021-03-14T00:10:01</MessageTimestamp>

Thanks,
Pandu
