Performance advisor currently is not available for IAS/IWS servers.

However, in the administration and programming guide for IWS servers there
are several things and references with regards to performance.

Subject: [EXTERNAL] [WEB400] Web Performance Advisor for IWS Servers?
Sent by: "WEB400" <web400-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>

Hi,

I used the wizard to set up an IWS application server with an
associated HTTP server, then created a REST API. The REST API works
(tested in Postman and JMeter).

I saw the IBM Knowledge Center 7.4 page on the Web Performance Advisor:
https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/ssw_ibm_i_74/rzaie/
rzaiewebperfadvisor.htm. However, I did not see a link to open the
Web Performance Advisor for either the HTTP server or the application
server.

Does Web Performance Advisor work with IWS HTTP or Application servers?

If yes, and I need to ask our IBMi administrators to install the
HTTP Server group PTF, does anyone know the PTF number needed to get
Web Performance Advisor working with IWS HTTP or Application
servers? PTFs are not my area of expertise.

Thanks,

Kelly Cookson
