Is the DB2 HTTPFunctions in SYSTOOLS?  If so, these can be used
independently from IWS, right?

If these are not the DB2 HTTPFunctions in SYSTOOLS, and instead are
something within IWS, I would like to learn more about this aspect of
IWS.
