IBM basically just points to copies of the apache documentation.
https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SSEQTJ_9.0.5/com.ibm.websphere.ihs.doc/ihs/rihs_apachemods.html is a good place to start. Mod_expires is included, and you should be able to use any of the directives that supports.

I need to get Apache to tell browsers to cache static resources. I've found some things on Google, but I'm afraid they might not work on IBMi. Can anyone point me to an IBM document on this or something?
