The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
That means nothing to me. Add it to every RPGLE service program? Or,
which server? The HTTP server or the application server?
Where did "var" come from? Never heard of that before. Now I just
looked for var with RDi, found it, clicked it, and am told "Folder / is
not readable", and now RDi Root file system is locked.
I have earlier made this change to the web services HTTP server "Display
Configuration File" and nothing changed:
* 18* **<*Location /*>**
* 19* * Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*"*
* 20* * Require all granted*
* 21* *</Location>*
The link is no doubt totally correct but is of no use to me without the
chapters that come before this.

The options I know of is to set it from you web service implementation
code via an output parameter designated for HTTP headers OR you can added
it via the Apache HTTP[1] server by specifying it in the configuration,
for example:
<Directory /var/www>
Header set Access-Control-Allow-Origin"https://s.codepen.io"
</Directory>
