Well, for 7.3 it requires PTF SI66150, which this customer has not applied.  Which explains why I got "struc" instead of "varying".

Thanks though.  I'll definitely mention to them that they are not current on PTFs.

Nadir, you were right. I had first tried making the email parms in my
service program varying, but IWS considered those "struc" variables. I
went back to "char" and removed the regular expression from the casenbr
parm and it works! Thanks!
