our ZENDPHP7 server was down. Browser said "internal server error".
Nothing in the PHP application log. The error_log file in
/www/zendphp7/logs had this message repeating every 2 minutes:

[Tue Oct 30 09:54:58.074024 2018] [zend_enabler:error] [pid 83863:tid
0000098B]
Can not connect() to /usr/local/zendphp7/bin/php-cgi.bin (0.0) -
[3425] A remote host refused an attempted connect operation.

I restarted the zendphp7 server. Which brought the server back up.

Are there any other places to look for an error message?
