Re: Alternate UI to RPG

Used the 80/20 rule, plus the boss-level rule (read any/write none).  The unexpected benefit was that managers bought into the changes because the results were right in front of them, making plans and requests easier to get approved.  KBIs were the initial goal and of course that is where graphical presentations really shine over dull tables.
