If you are using WRKLNK then change DETAIL to *EXTENDED
If you take an option 8 on the 7.2 box what does it show? On my 7.2
SYMLNK also, but shows as DIR on the WRKLNK screen, but SYMLNK on the8
screen.symlink

How do I see the contents of the symbolic link ?
If I use option 5 against the SYMLNK I get message Object not found.
Object is /usr/local/zendphp7/share/ToolkitAPI.
If I look on a 7.2 box I have the following directories in
/usr/local/zendphp7/share
ToolkitAPI DIR
UserServer DIR
ZendFramework DIR
ZendFramework2 DIR
But on the 7.3 new install I have in /usr/local/zendphp7/share
ToolkitAPI SYMLNK
UserServer DIR
ZendFramework SYMLNK
ZendFramework2 SYMLNK
I do not think this is goint to work ?
Or am I totally missing something ?

Typically open source stuff that could be updated follows this
I can't say definitively for PHP, but I can say things like node.jsand other
languages will have a symlink so that an update can change the
to aoverlaying
new location or binary. That change is less invasive than
an installquickly
or changing PATH's. And, that usually give you the option to
changemailing list
something back by just changing the symlink.another
Is there an issue with the Toolkit, or are you just curious?

I am setting up php on a 7.3 box for the first time.
I have installed Zendsvr7 and that completed normally.
I have installed xmlservice 1.9.9.3
When i look in /usr/local/zendphp7/share/
I expected to see a directory ToolKitAPI but it shows as a SYMLNK
The same for ZendFramework and ZendFramework2
Why is this so ?
Should I just delete these and copy from the directories from
mailing listsystem ?
Are these directories created as part of the Zend server install ?
Thank you in advance for any assistance
