work structured ;-) add *PUBLIC *ALL to the production CGI program, did it
sole the problem?
If yes, then the problem is the cgi program if no do the same with the cgi
library and then other
libs in the library list.
Did that solve the problem - if not then you have to look at the apache
config file, does the
cgi programs actually run under the user you believe it runs under? etc.
etc.
