Hi Dan,

Many thanks for the info & link - very helpful.

I have created the CSR and private key. The only difference being that
I did it via openssl/Qshell where I created the config file.

Not tested yet as waiting on cert from CA admin.

SAN seems to be a good addition going forward, not just for the Chrome
v58 requirement but also for having multiple urls covered by one cert.

Hopefully DCM will catch up soon!
