Access control changes 7.2

I'm going thru the 7.2 Memo to Users and at the section for "Access Control changes".

My current httpd.conf files look something like this:
SetEnvIf User-Agent ^Microsoft-WebDAV-MiniRedir BegoneWebDAV
...
<Directory />
Order allow,deny
Deny From env=BegoneWebDAV
Allow From 123.1.100
Deny From 123.1.100.72
...
</Directory>

Going forward, I think I need something like this:
<Directory />
Require expr %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} != ' Microsoft-WebDAV-MiniRedir'
Require ip 123.1.100
Require not ip 123.1.100.72
...
</Directory>

Does that sound about right?
