They sent me a save of the PDF they received and the PDF they forwarded on. I generate those files on-the-fly and purge them nightly. The PDF files they sent were from a prior day, so I no longer have the originals.
The first thing I noticed is that I sent a 67 KB PDF and they forwarded on a 186 KB PDF. I did a text compare using RDi. In their file, every character takes up 2 spaces (which I believe is Unicode). In my file, every character takes only 1 space. Also, their file doesn't appear to have any CR/LF. They also have extra character at the very beginning of the file.
