I was actually needing for CGI jobs to operate like QZDASOINIT jobs. Sorry for the confusion.

Justin, I'd refer you to the commands on the following menus:
1. CMDPJ
2. CMDPJE
Look in the IBM i Knowledge Center for additional information about the commands on those menus and prestart jobs generally.
