Connect with VPN.

I have a folder on my PC where I have images, .css files, an .html file, and a JSON file. I open the .html file with Firefox or with IE11 and it works fine.

I FTP'd those files to ventures.martinvt.com , a remote website hosted by pair.com. Still works fine with both Firefox and IE11.

I FTP'd those same files to an iSeries, through a vpn. The web page opens, displays the static info, responds to clicks, and generally behaves as desired except the JSON data is not displayed. One debugger says "403 Forbidden by rule" and the other says that a field is not defined.

Any hints, links, or suggestions to pursue?
