Have you installed perzl stuff on this machine?

Run the following two commands and see what you get:

$ ar -t /opt/freeware/lib/libcurl.a
libcurl.so.4

$ ar -t /QOpenSys/usr/lib/libcurl.a
libcurl.so.4
