This list and a few others are very helpful to me in trying to resolve
issues or keep up to date with some trends involving the machine formerly
known as the 400. I'm in need of one that addresses system issues such as
ID problems with password changes. My users have windows credentials setup
for their network connection to the IFS as well as green screen. We use
peer to peer, not domain, for our local access. Before Win7 we just had
everyone keep their windows ID and pwd the same as the 400 and all went
good. Now with all the OS changes it doesn't work to have the windows login
the same so we are setting up in the credential manager for local access.
Having a bad issue of the network component being disabled constantly, once
enabled goes right on in. A few even have problems with the green screen
but I'm thinking that is more user issue. A pointer in the right direction
of a proper forum by someone would be helpful. Appreciation for all.
