Maybe not explain to me in the best way . I configure the user, pass and ip
. When I run from my node js console shows me the following error:

throw err;
^

Error: Cannot find module
'/QOpenSys/QIBM/ProdData/Node/os400/xstoolkit/lib/itoolkit'

Sign itoolkit . That's my question , where I find that itoolkit on my pc .

Excellent. Now, what error are you getting? In your original email you
said "I tried to call a program as400 and I have failed."

Also, did you replace the USER and PASS with your own user profile and
password?
