Jack, Netstat is not supported in PASE but there are options.

Download my NSTAT utility:
http://bryandietz.us/nstat.html

then you could run the following

system "LIBRARY/nstat LISTEN(Y)" | grep 'to your hearts content'


Very soon on V7.1 and V7.2 IBM has enabled several different NETSTAT details from SQL
(sorry for long URL)

that netstat is supported in PASE. Once NGINX is running I am thinking it
would show up under i5/os netstat.
