Ending *ADMIN v7.2

Anybody else have two jobs** remaining after ending the *ADMIN server? If
I run ENDTCPSVR SERVER(*HTTP) HTTPSVR(*ADMIN) it says it can't end it
because it isn't running. Are these some form of "prestart" jobs so when
the *ADMIN server is started it doesn't take as long?
